Data Management For The Pharmaceutical Sector

Datacare has been working with clients in the Pharmaceutical sector since 1997.

Our excellent reputation for the provision of Records Management services to the Pharmaceutical sector is borne both from the unique location in which we store records and the additional measures which we have taken to align our provision with the requirements of the sector. These include GXP requirements and compliance with BIP0008 for our scanning operation. We use and follow BS5454, ISO 11799 and the MHRA GLP guidelines for archiving of data.
 
Datacare is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for all activities relating to the storage and retrieval of client data.
 
Our pharmaceutical clients are heavily scrutinised by the MHRA and our ability to deliver to their standards is validated regularly. We constantly host client audits throughout the year, to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. On occasions the client undertaking the audit has been accompanied by representatives from the MHRA, and more recently hosted an audit on one of our clients by the FDA.
 
In addition to Pharmaceutical companies, our portfolio includes major clients from the NHS, Local and Central Government as well as the Legal and Financial industries. We are corporate members of the Records Management Society and our Head of Operations is also a member of the Scientific Archivists Group (SAG).
