Our Customer Service Advisor delivers a 'best in class' service to our customers and works closely with the Customer Services Manager to define smart and efficient processes that ensure that our cutsomers are at the centre of everything we do. They form lasting relationships by their efficient communications and excellent problem solving skills. Their communication skills are second to none as they work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and they are always looking for new ways to improve our service.
If you can demonstrate your commitment to excellent customer service from your previous experience is a busy customer serrvice role, along with patience, tenacity, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and have the initiative to solve customer problems and exceed their expectations at every opportunity then we would love to hear from you.
