We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide administration support to our sales team. You will support the order logging process, ensuring that all required paperwork is complete and processes are followed, and liaise with the finance team so that new work can be billed correctly. You will also manage our support renewals with the assistance of the Key Account Manager and other sales personnel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, along with an attention to detail. You will be methodical in your work with a high regard to following process, and be confident to challenge others appropriately with the support of your manager, if they do not follow the correct processes. A working knowledge of Excel and Word is also necessary, as is good time management skills and the ability to organise your workload to meet deadlines.
This is a busy role where you will be able to add value and impact, and join a friendly and supportive team.
