As a division of Restore PLC we are rapidly expanding and looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people to join a highly successful and established team at our Manchester Head Office in Swinton.
Our Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is managed and controlled with maximum efficiency. They ensure that all jobs are in the correct locations and all of the essential paperwork is completed accurately. Working closely with the other Team Leaders in Prepping and Scanning they ensure that work is readily available and is delivered to the department in the correct order, as well as making sure that completed work is returned to the warehouse as soon as required. As you would expect, our Warehouse Team Leader is fully-focused on safety and security and ensures that everyone working in, or visiting, the warehouse has the correct training and PPE and is aware of the necessary processes to keep them safe and our clients records secure.
Their previous experience working in busy warehouse and production environment allows them to quickly make a difference, establishing control and credibility in this role. Their excellent communication skills mean that they easily build open and honest relationships with all key stakeholders whether that is looking after visitors to the site, working closely with Team Leaders or helping the Operations Manager deliver the required safety, security and confidentially standards for the site.
