The Application Support Consultant will act as our in-house Product Specialist for various key applications used throughout the business footprint and will work closely with our Service Desk to provide exceptional product support to both customer’s and colleagues alike.
Strong communication skills are as essential as technical skills for this role as we pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers. Excellent data quality skills and the ability to ‘think outside of the box’ are also a must, as a primary component of the role involves translating complex customer-reported technical issues into documented incidents and service requests on the business’s ITSM tool and managing these through to resolution within an ITIL-aligned environment. There are also a range of administration duties within the role.
