Our Team Leaders manage our Records Administrators and ensure that they drive their teams to achieve the required work targets, quality standards and customer requirements for every job. They motivate, inspire and support their team members to success through their positive attitude, strong communication skills and proactive management style. They have a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving whilst ensuring that our high levels of quality are always maintained. All of our Team Leaders are security cleared to the Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Our hours of work are 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
