All services to Key frontline and critical service sites (e.g. NHS, Healthcare, Emergency services) are operating normally, but with additional hygiene and distancing processes in place. Restrictions, however, are in place for non-essential visits to Restore sites.
Warehouses are operating normally. All storage collections and deliveries continue to operate. Deliveries & collections remain unaffected, but may have additional hygiene and distancing processes in place.
Phone lines are at a limited capacity, as a lot of our back-office teams are home working. We would recommend contacting the teams via email if you are unable to reach us by phone. We apologise for any inconvenience.
All services to all other customer sites are operating, but with additional hygiene and distancing processes in place. There may be some delays as we prioritise Critical Services, such as our NHS customers. Restrictions, however, are in place for non-essential visits to Restore sites.
All digitisation services are operating normally and prepared for additional output, to support businesses during this time. This includes scanning, digital mailrooms and stored file on-demand scanning.

All destruction and recycling services including paper, hard drives and assorted digital media are operating normally and continuing at our destruction centres, but with additional hygiene and distancing processes in place.
Our online shops operate normally during this period. Providing items such as laptops, monitors, shredding sacks, storage boxes & storage tapes. Deliveries remain unaffected, but may have additional hygiene & distancing processes in place.
All non-essential meetings and travel have been suspended, to help protect customers and staff. This will remain until stated otherwise. Again we apologise for any inconvenience, we hope you understand.
