We have a number of options for our clients so that you can choose the service that best suits your company’s needs and schedules.

Offsite Shredding

We offer an offsite shredding service to our clients that allows you to tailor our services around your organisation. You can choose to have regular scheduled collections where we can provide you with secure containers to have on your premises, which you fill with documents. We will arrange collection times to pick the paperwork up in the sealed containers and take them to one of our facilities to be shredding securely and then disposed of.

We can also arrange one-off collections where we will arrange a time that suits you, we will collect your documents and transfer them in our sealed containers to our facility to be securely shredded until they are unrecognisable and then recycled.

Onsite Shredding

Our onsite shredding option provides our clients with the opportunity to oversee the process whilst their company information is being securely shredded. The process of onsite shredding involves one of our mobile shredding vehicles coming to your workplace premises and shredding everything you require to be shredded. After this, you will receive a certificate of destruction. When the unrecognisable remains of your documents have been recycled at one of our destruction & recycling facilities, we will issue you with a certificate of recycling and an invoice.

If you are interested in shredding the documents you no longer need but aren’t sure whether you should shred it all or keep some and store it securely, our team have the experience and knowledge to advise you on what to keep and what to destroy.
