Introducing 'Customer First' - the best customer service initiative ever!

Restore Scan launches new nationwide 'Customer First' service teams

Restore Scan is growing. We have more sites and customers across the UK than ever before. To ensure we always provide our valued customers with the same excellent standard of care, we are launching our 'Customer First' service team to compliment the local knowledge and care our operational teams already provide you with.

From 01 August 2017, our new Customer First telephone number will be 0333 043 5483, and our new email address will be The new Customer First service teams are available from 08:00 until 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Our experienced, friendly experts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about services, products or current jobs. They can assist with placing orders, arranging collections or deliveries or simply routing your call to the relevant local contact at a regional scan centre.
