On Site Shredding

You may be familiar with Restore as a document management and solutions company, we offer a range of services to help customers manage, store and dispose of their paperwork. One of the options we provide is on site shredding.

The first step to start the process off, is to contact us and arrange a visit to your premises at a time that suits you. We will arrive at the agreed time in one of our secure mobile shredding vehicles.

We will shred all the documents that you need disposed of in our mobile shredding vehicle. Once this is complete, we will provide you with a certificate of destruction for your records and we will transfer the shredded paperwork to the nearest recycling and disposal facility.

Once at our recycling and disposal centre, what is left of the paperwork in its unrecognisable form, will be recycled and you will receive a certificate of recycling and an invoice in the post.

You can arrange for an on site shredding services to take place regularly or as a one-off event when you feel your workplace would benefit from disposing of documents that aren’t needed anymore.

As well as our on site shredding services, we also provide options for offsite shredding where we will transport your documents to our destruction and recycling centre in sealed containers and it will be shredded in the facility and recycled there.

We also provide storage solutions for your documents, as well as scanning options for digitising the important information that your company regularly needs access to but no longer wants as hard copies taking up space in the office.
