Not a shred of doubt

When you use a reputable provider of paper shredding services such as Restore Datashred you can rest assured that you are taking the right and compliant steps to protect your business and your customers, with, avoid the pun, not a shred of doubt of sensitive or confidential data being left exposed.

HERE’S HOW OUR DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION SERVICES WORKS.

We have a network of secure locations that shred sensitive documents that need to be destroyed. For most businesses, this will be a securely locked console with each holding up to 40 kilograms of documentation. We can also provide secure bags, which hold up to 15 kilograms each – ideal for small offices.

Once your console or sack is full – or on a regular schedule for contract customers– your confidential waste will be collected and transported to one of our destruction centres. All of our destruction centres are approved sites – this means they have strict guidelines on document handling and how document disposal is done. We have comprehensive policies and procedures for the storage, transportation and destruction of all documents. All of our staff handling document destruction employees have been cleared to a minimum of a DBS check (previously CRB).

We then completely destroy the data through comprehensive cross-cut shredding. Documents are reduced to tiny fragments, and we provide a security guarantee along with a certificate of destruction. We also welcome customers to our destruction centres to witness document destruction (but conditions do apply, so please contact us first so we can plan your visit).

Finally, the destroyed documents are transferred to a paper recycling facility, where they are recycled into new paper products – the ultimate circle of life for your documents.
Contact us today to find out how we can help you to safely and securely destroy your business’s confidential data and protect you from problems like corporate fraud, identity theft and industrial espionage.
