Ben’s is a good story, which began at the first rung of the ladder following graduation, working his way to head of the Customer Services team.
He began with Preview Services (prior to acquisition by Restore) as a temp in Hanworth cutting exam scripts. He eventually come on full time with the team, moving to quality control and after showing management skill he was promoted and became Production Manager at Hanworth.
Following that Ben relocated to Manchester to set up the site, then once completed became an Advisor for the Manchester site, eventually accepting the offer of Production Manager once again. With our invigorated customer service initiative Ben was asked to head up the Customer Services division here in Manchester last October (2018).
Ben has said an area of the job he really loves most is working closely with all the different and diverse clients we help, getting involved with tours of the sites and being a main point of contact. His key concern for Customer Service is simple, it’s ‘Care’, making sure first and foremost that customers are looked after and supported in the best way.
