Our Account management are dedicated to supporting our current clients and helping them on their digital journey. As Restore grows, so does our client base and subsequently our Account management Team. With many new faces, we thought this was a great opportunity for you to put names to faces and find out a bit about our colleagues.
Key Account Manager
Emma joined Restore Digital in May this year as Key Account Manager. Emma’s previous experience has mainly been in outbound mail, working in account management for over 20 years across all business sectors with the past 4 years focussed on Local Authorities.
She brings to Restore Digital a wealth of experience and knowledge in building strong relationships with her customers and always aims to go above and beyond the norm to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and achieved.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running and watching her daughter play rugby.
Neil’s role within Restore is mainly to manage large accounts, both Private and Public in the North of England and Scotland since he joined us in April 2018.
Prior to Restore Neil has spent a “significant” part of his career managing FTSE250 and equivalent corporate, charity, education and banking relationships, albeit from a Financial Risk Management (foreign exchange and interest rate) perspective.
Neil relishes the complexity inherent in this role and enjoys the working with our other departments to resolve any issues affecting his customers.
When not at Restore Neil is a 2nd Dan in Skotokan Karate (if only to keep pace with his two children – both boys aged 12 and 14 who are the same grade.) training and instructing 3 time a week. In his younger days Neil was a keen climber and mountaineer having climbed extensively in the UK and Europe as well as two trips to the Karakoram in Pakistan.
This is Juliet an Account Manager at Restore Digital, she's been with us in this role for the company for the past 14 years! Working with a variety of customers in a number of different sectors.
She has a great track record of building good customer relationships and says meeting with customers on a regular basis is a highlight of her job.
Juliet, when not working for Restore Digital lives in Berkshire with her partner, her 6 year old daughter and with her cocker spaniel dog called DeeDee, with whom she's said to enjoy long energetic walks / runs!
Parimal joined Restore Digital during October 2018, as his company, Document Capture Co Ltd, was acquired. His expertise focuses on intelligent data and document capture which entails extracting handwritten characters and information from questionnaires and documents and providing that data in a format ready to be analysed for the public and private sectors. His current role within Restore is as an Account Manager, focusing on the client’s needs and supporting our technical teams to fulfil those requirements.
He enjoys being able to connect with people which allows him to stretch his knowledge and is happy to take on a challenge as turning mistakes into learning can only be a positive opportunity.
Parimal wisely believe everything in life is about learning and enjoying time we have with friends and family. He enjoys listening to music, Formula 1 and tennis. He would like travel more to broaden his experience of different cultures, religions and spirituality. He also admits to watching QUEST and documentaries by Professor Brian Cox and Sir David Attenborough.
