According to a survey completed by anti-fraud professionals around the world - and it should be noted that those surveyed include the UK - believe insider fraud involving critical documents is possible within their businesses. It also reports that 38% of businesses have an inability to identify or address known fraud risks - Eek!

By implementing a document management and imaging system, the likelihood of 'losing' and tampering with a document, such as an invoice or purchase order, is considerably reduced and it is apparent who has viewed and authorised which documents.
Thankfully it's not all bad news, with 78% of respondents saying they are confident they could respond to a fraudulent situation. That's a relief.
