As Restore Digital has developed and grown, it has become clear that to keep the excellent customer services we have become recognised for, our operations and IT functions require more attention than one person can provide. Mark Horrocks has done an excellent job as Operations and IT Director and we are confident he will be equally successful as our IT and Commercial Director.
We are delighted to introduce Mark Evans, Restore Digital's Operations Director who joined us on the 30 April.
Mark has worked at director level within senior operations roles across the airline catering, hospitality, automotive and aerospace sectors. Mark is an expert in continuous improvement, having received his training at a lean consultancy under the management of a Toyota Master sensei. Mark has also led multi-site operations across the UK, Ireland and Western Europe, successfully coaching and developing productive teams to increase manufacturing efficiencies and outputs.
Mark has taken on responsibility for managing Restore Digital's operational service centres which stretch the length and breadth of the UK with an additional facility in Alabama, USA. We envisage that as his role develops he will also oversee operations at Restore's dedicated facilities management sites, providing customers digitisation services within their own buildings and premises.
Mark's first project was to successfully supervise Restore's RM Results summer session, and now that is almost complete Mark will focus his energy into strategically planning for our evolving customer demands, ensuring Restore can effectively meet operational capacity requirements whilst providing customers with the highest standards of service and value.
