This is an excellent apprenticeship opportunity for someone to join the IT Support Team in Manchester and develop their career in IT.

You will provide exceptional customer service, technical advice, and suggestions to external and internal customer’s relating to bespoke software solutions.  You will receive, log, monitor, manage and escalate tickets where appropriate using the business’s IT Service Management tool.  Full training and guidance will be provided.

You must be educated to degree standard or equivalent in a computer science or related subject area.  A good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems is essential, along with previous experience of providing excellent customer service in a work environment.  A good communicator, numerate and with an attention to detail; you will also be organised, a team player, be personable, and have the ability to learn quickly. 

You will need commitment to enroll and work through the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship programme, which will require attending training sessions in Manchester, studying in work and home time, passing exams, and lead to a recognised qualification.   You will be fully supported by your manager and colleagues during this apprenticeship to allow you to succeed.
