We are looking for an experienced sales person with extensive contract and commercial experience to review our existing customer contracts, develop a contract management system and ensure all commercial documentation is readily available and easy to understand.   This is a temporary role for 4-6 months to carry out this key review.

You should be commercially aware with previous experience of reviewing contracts and identifying clauses and areas requiring change, and suggesting wording for changes.  You will seek opportunities and identify any risks in contracts.  You should have good decision making skills, an attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
