Retrieving items from storage

How do I retrieve an item that is in storage?

Please send your request through to your dedicated Admin team. As long as this is completed before 3.30pm, we will try our hardest to deliver this to you the next working day.

What if I need my item in an emergency?

If you find you need your item more urgently, please let us know. It is best to e-mail the details to your dedicated Admin team and then follow this up with a phone call. We will try our hardest to get your data back to you within 4 hours of your request being received.
