COVID-19: A message from our MD

A message from our Managing Director

I want to let you know what we're doing here at Restore, through this unprecedented and uncertain period.

I am pleased to tell you that we are open for business. Our mobilised, expert teams are ready to handle your requirements now and in the coming weeks. Our teams are working flat out in helping our customers to continue to easily access the data they hold with us. Many of whom are providing essential services to support people who have been most affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Our priority is to keep our services running for our customers. We will adapt our services to meet your changing needs in these unique and unexpected circumstances.

I have nothing but praise for our staff who have all risen to the challenge of changing their normal working patterns. We are supporting remote working to avoid close face to face contact. And for those still coming to our sites, we have implemented physical distancing. We are conscious large elements of our work cannot be done from home.

Through this period, your Account Manager will stay in contact with you. I want you to know that we are here to support your business for anything you need. In a time like this speed of service and quick decision making is key. You have my assurance that this is what you'll get from us. We continue to monitor and review the changing situation. Ensuring our actions are always in line with the most recent government advice. We will keep you updated on our approach.
