Developing people through IOSH Managing Safely<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A strong safety culture is built by knowledgeable and confident leaders. That\u2019s why we continue to invest in people development, including becoming an accredited provider of IOSH Managing Safely<\/strong> training. Through these courses, we\u2019ve equipped over 98 people leaders with the skills and awareness needed to embed health and safety into everyday decisions \u2014 not just within our own teams, but across the wider industry.<\/p>\n

We also recognise that people\u2019s needs change over time. Health and safety at Restore isn\u2019t limited to accident prevention; it includes supporting colleagues physically and psychologically.
