Knotel was founded in 2015 in response to a growing need for flexible workspaces for start-ups and freelance professionals, filling a gap in the market for centrally located, modern and reliable workspaces without the need for long-term contracts. It has since grown into a successful company with multiple venues around the world, serving a fast-growing need for variety and convenience.

To support Knotel and their customers in managing their circa 400,000 sq. foot of London office space and enable them to bring in new tenants while fulfilling their storage and furniture supply needs at short notice, and at an affordable cost.

As part of our service offering to Knotel we have a dedicated account manager who is immediately available to oversee all business requirements at very short notice.

We assist Knotel by relocating their customers to their new offices, ensuring their transition to the coworking environment is as smooth as possible, with minimal downtime. Our teams decommission IT, printers and associated technology and pack, label and move staff crates and effects before moving and setting them up within the Knotel office.

As Knotel relies on the ability to provide a fully customisable and flexible workspace to their customers, they in turn come to us to enable them to have all the items they need at their fingertips. For that reason, we provide storage for their office furniture as well as a number of other indispensable office items of a decorative and practical nature and collect and deliver them as necessary when preparing new spaces for their new clients. Our ability to react quickly and respond to immediate requests for pick and delivery is part of what sets us apart from our competitors.

Our logistical expertise also means that we plan moves in a way that creates a significant cost saving for our customer. Our ability to use the same crews to carry out multiple deliveries and installations on the same day creates economies of scale, as well as having an environmental benefit, as a lower number of trips means we create fewer carbon emissions.

Not only do we hold regular planning and strategy meetings with Knotel themselves, but we also do it for their customers by viewing and treating them as our own and assisting with the move management of those seeking to move into Knotel’s premises. We offer advice on the most efficient ways of relocating their staff and effects, minimising down-time and helping to make the transition from old site to new site as seamless as possible.
