An award winning year

On the 24th November 2016, Restore attended the DM Awards – a prestigious ceremony that looks to acknowledge excellence in information management.

Whilst competition was fierce – featuring firms such as Xerox, Fujitsu and Canon – we came away with one of the most respected accolades of the night: BPO/Outsourcing/Bureau Business of the Year. A category that recognises excellence in the provision of services and solutions to organisations.

This award is our second accolade in a matter of weeks, as October saw us win AIM’s ‘Company of the Year’ – another fantastic acknowledgement of our ongoing work in the information management industry.

A team effort

Whilst this is an award to be proud of, it is also affirmation of our significant progress. In just 6 years, we’ve become one of the most successful B2B office services firms in the country.

This financial success is aligned to our increased footprint, which today sees us servicing 60% of the FTSE100 companies, 72% of legal practices, 41% of NHS Trusts and Local Authorities in the country and 96% of the top 25 UK accountancy firms.

“Naturally I am extremely proud of Restore’s success to date, and being awarded BPO/Outsourcing/Bureau Business of the Year at the DM Awards only strengthens this pride. This accolade is something that the whole company has earned together. It is testament to every employee’s hard work and dedication to providing customers with the very best possible service.”

Neil Clark, Managing Director

More than just growth

An accolade such as this is not just about financial growth and footprint. It is about commitment and dedication to stakeholders. That is why throughout our growth, an eye has been kept firmly fixed on providing services that consider those around us – namely the environment and wider-community. This has meant the roll-out of initiatives including:

  • Archive boxes that only use responsibly sourced raw materials and gained Forest Certification. Such certification requires proof of sustainable methods associated to the maintenance of ecological, economic, and social components.
  • Advanced energy and heating management solutions that never compromise storage conditions, but ensure optimum operational efficiency.
  • Waste and emissions reduction. Working with the Carbon Trust, Restore has developed a 10 point action plan to reduce its environmental impact.

With thanks

This award is not just about our work. Equal credit must be offered to our customers who have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in our success.

Given this, we would like to thank our customers for their ongoing business and support; and for those that felt so strongly about our work, that they were compelled to vote for us at the 2016 DM Awards. Thank you.”
