The CAS-S (Commodity Assurance Services \u2013 Sanitisation) is a certification programme run by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). It\u2019s a government recognised assurance framework that sets rigorous requirements for the secure sanitisation and destruction of electronic storage media.<\/p>\n

The scheme is designed to provide assurance that commercial data destruction services meet the NCSC\u2019s high-security standards.
