Gender Pay Gap

Gender Pay Gap

From April 2018, companies with 250 or more employees are required to publish defined statistics for Gender Pay information. The Gender Pay Gap shows the difference between the average hourly pay for male and female employees across all ages, roles and levels. Pay includes basic pay and permanent allowances but excludes benefits in kind and pay such as overtime which is not connected to regular working hours. Statistics for bonus payments received during the reporting year are also presented and show on average that our female employees receive a higher average bonus than our male employees.

Synertec is committed to ensuring that equal opportunity, including pay, is provided to all employees regardless of gender. Our policies, pay structures and salary guidance effectively promotes equal pay and supports our fair pay aims.
