We have consulted with specialists to ensure our braille documents meet required guidelines. We have also consulted with Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and will be including an ‘original’ print version without braille letters. Braille content will not be folded, as this could damage the braille dots. We also braille print all envelopes in which braille content is enclosed.

Where the content of a document allows, we will transform the ‘original’ to our ClearRead™ format and output this revised version document as an MP3 audio file, which is delivered by email. We can also send as a .pdf format, which contains an in-built Text-To-Speech Reader.
