How Does Clinical Correspondence Work With Synertec?
Below is a step-by-step guide of how Clinical Correspondence works within Synertec
1. Prism will create an image of the document it has received.
2. The newly created image is then placed onto the reverse of the first page.
3. The recipient’s address is applied to the front of the first page.
4. The Trust’s logo and message are also applied to the front page – this can be customised to the Trust’s preference.
