How Does Clinical Correspondence Work With Synertec?

Below is a step-by-step guide of how Clinical Correspondence works within Synertec

  • 1. Prism will create an image of the document it has received.
  • 2. The newly created image is then placed onto the reverse of the first page.
  • 3. The recipient’s address is applied to the front of the first page.
  • 4. The Trust’s logo and message are also applied to the front page – this can be customised to the Trust’s preference.
