Our new, improved customer portal is our latest project to demonstrate this attention to detail. The portal has a number of new features, upgraded navigation and access to all sorts of company and policy documents. Our aim is to give you quick and easy access to the information you need to keep on top of day-to-day processes, as well as regular, accurate details collated for your management account reporting.
Account control: we’ve designed access so that you are in the driving seat of everything that happens in your account. Simply log into the easy-to-use dashboard to use it as a tool to administer each step of the paper and assets disposal process, from viewing site collections and tracking their progress through to their secure destruction
Unbroken chain of custody: from the menu listing on your dashboard you have transparency and visibility of collection notes, tracking reports and certificates of destruction. These documents give peace of mind that your sensitive data and assets are being handled in compliance with data protection regulations and retention guidelines
Round-the-clock access: working late? You can still check transactions, reports and invoicing when it suits you, even if our customer support team are tucked up in bed!
Carbon footprint checker: view your environmental savings from the dashboard, seeing how much you have saved from landfill, the number of trees saved and the amount of electricity, carbon dioxide and water you’ve saved by used our services.
