Lockable on-site storage products
We supply lockable cabinets or bins to prevent confidential information from entering the wrong waste stream. Once full, our secure collection operatives will arrive at a pre-agreed time to discreetly remove them from your site, or sites, and return them to the Restore Datashred operating centre closest to you.
Trained and security-checked operatives
All our secure collection operatives are regularly trained and updated in driving skills and security procedures so that they meet the standards laid down in BS5878, and every employee is security checked.
Operating centre secure entry protocols
Twenty-four-hour monitored CCTV cameras and password entry only, as well as security-checked employees, means your sensitive information stays safe as it enters our shredding depot.
Digital audit trail
From collection to shredder blade, an unbroken chain of custody is pivotal for your peace of mind. Our digital audit trail confirms each step of your confidential data’s journey with us.
Certificate of destruction
After every completed transaction with us, we issue you with an electronic certificate of destruction as proof of compliance, thus closing the chain of custody and audit trail.
