Restore Digital provided Everyday Loans with a secure EDM platform in which to store any digital client data and an archive scanning project was completed and multiple files were securely loaded to the DocuWare EDM system.

Challenge

Everyday Loans are the forefront of online lending and customer service, and like most organisations they are implementing a digital transformation strategy. Part of this is to work paper-lite and as environmentally neutral as possible.

A large volume of loan files resides within the estate, to accomplish a better working practice, which in turn better serve their clients, it was decided that the paper files should be converted into digital images.

This would free up space within their offices, allow for fast access from any location and to quick serve the customer by having any historic documentation ready to hand by the click of a button.

Everyday Loans need a company that could organise a collection schedule within a short window of time and process 1000’s of files across multiple locations simultaneously. This organisation had to be able to transport, scan, and securely destroy the documentation with the same organisation, completing cradle-to-grave digital transformation under one roof.

Solution

Everyday Loans needed their physical loan files uplifted and transported from every single high street site within a short period of time. These would then be prepared, converted into digital images and uploaded into a secure system. There was only one organisation that can provide this level of service in such tight timescales.
