So, plan just a little ahead of time and you’ll have that file for when you really need it.

3. Secure delivery

It’s up to you exactly how you want your scanned file delivered, but you can be certain it is secure whether you choose email or cloud storage – and in a format perfect for your Document Management System.

4. Careful handling

As for your physical originals. you can be certain they are also being looked after. With 22 million boxes of records in our care across the UK, we have a lot of experience managing delicate documents. It’s up to you whether you destroy the original once it has been scanned or whether you’d prefer to keep it with us. Ask us for advice if you need it.
