We’ll work with you to create a bespoke document storage plan based on your unique needs, including volume, type and access. Once confirmed, your documents are securely packaged in barcoded boxes to prepare them for collection.

Ordering & Collection

You can use our Web Portal to order deliveries or request collections. We deliver seven days a week, and you can get your documents delivered or collected the same day you request them, or next day if there isn’t as much urgency.

Secure Storage

Documents are transported securely and checked upon arrival, with a detailed chain of custody at every step. Our storage facilities are fully climate-controlled, with 24/7 surveillance for added peace of mind.

Digital Integration & Support

We’ll help you track, manage and request your documents online, as well as assisting with audits, reporting and retention management. If you require a scan of a particular document or would even like it securely shredded, you can do so at the touch of a button.
