We’ve spoken to so many customers who thought fast access meant they had no choice: they had to keep their records on-site. Because they didn’t realise how much hidden admin is involved in on-site storage.

Imagine you need a file. Quick enough to go and fetch it, right? But once you’ve walked to the records room, dug through the filing cabinets, rolling racks, and stacks of boxes, and then walk back to your desk, you’ve lost 20 minutes. And another 20 to take it back.

Off-site storage – closer than you think

We want it all. For our customers, that is. We want you to get all the benefits of secure off-site storage while enjoying the access policy you need.

So we invested heavily in creating a UK-wide network of secure storage facilities. We’re not quite on every corner. But we’ve so many facilities across the country that your local Restore facility is less than two hours from your front door. Which is how we can promise you same-day delivery of your records.

Now that’s a promise even Prime retailers can’t make.

And barcode tracking means you know exactly where any of your records is. Still sitting with a colleague? You can tell them to send it back to storage (or give it to you). And if it’s in storage, you can order a delivery 24/7 through our web portal (or ask us to scan it and send you a digital copy instead).

And for the records you legally need to retain but don’t need regular access to? We have some rather lovely deep storage facilities that will keep your records perfectly preserved in perpetuity. Say that five times fast.
