Neill Hughes
Sales and Marketing Director
Neill has wide experience in B2C and B2B sales functions, financial services, logistics and telecommunication sectors, with over 20 years of sales, marketing and operational leadership experience. When he’s not at work, he enjoys running and golf and lives in North Wales with his wife and two sons.

Operations Director
With over 10 years+ of shredding expertise and confidential data safeguarding, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and unwavering dedication to his role as Operations Director.
But Ben’s impact extends beyond our walls. He actively shapes the future of data security through his leadership role at the BSIA, the British Security Industry Association. As Vice-Chair, Ben drives industry advancements and ensures the highest standards in data destruction, guaranteeing your information is in the safest hands.
Miriam Bradley
Head of People
Miriam has over 15 years of HR experience across multiple sectors, and excels in building relationships, coaching individuals and teams, and problem-solving with a calm and pragmatic approach. Miriam is passionate about creating a positive work environment and is proud of the high colleague engagement scores at Restore Datashred. She enjoys practising Pilates in her free time and balances her personal life with a partner, two stepchildren, and a hamster.
