Debbie Pugh

Interim Managing Director at Restore Datashred

Debbie is Managing Director (Interim) of Datashred, with overall responsibility for the performance of the business. Debbie has 17 years of experience with Datashred and is passionate about delivering a great service to our customers. She is proud to have led the team through two consecutive successful Servicemark accreditations from the ICS.

In her spare time Debbie enjoys running, great food and spending time with her husband and children. She is a serial home improver and is currently studying interior design.

Barry Saitch (FCCA)

Finance Director

Barry is Datashred’s Finance Director, and an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 17 years’ experience working for various business types and turnovers, across a number of sectors, including FMCG, hospitality, food wholesale trading and shipping.

In his spare time, Barry plays football and golf and indulges his interests in cycling and photography – when he can find time around his young family.

Kristian Carter

Head of Sales and Marketing at Restore Datashred

Kristian heads up the New Business, Marketing and Tenders teams. He has worked in the data destruction industry for over 10 years and has responsibility for delivering the businesses growth targets.

As well as spending time with his wife and young family, Kristian enjoys health and fitness, following Norwich City and is a keen photographer.

Daniel Waterman

Head of UK Account Management at Restore Datashred

Daniel Waterman is Head of Account Management, having worked in data destruction for over 17 years, and is keen that he and his team work to high standards to offer personal customer relationships.

Daniel is a big football fan, with a season ticket following his local team, Charlton Athletic, and a regular visitor to Wembley to watch England play.

Denyse Thompson

Divisional Head of HR at Restore Datashred

Denyse brings over 20 years of operational and HR management knowledge and expertise from a range of private, public and charity sector organisations. She is passionate about partnering with the business in providing sound HR solutions, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Away from work, Denyse is busy with family, sport and socialising, involving three children, five pugs and a netball team!

Adam Burden

Head of Risk & Compliance

Adam is the Head of Health and Safety and Compliance at Restore Datashred and brings 30 years' experience in operations, logistics and managing across a range of different business types and industries. He enjoys working in a team of colleagues who all have the same goal: providing the best possible customer service.

In his downtime you might find him striding the fields and valleys of Hampshire and Dorset clay pigeon shooting, or turning his hand to a spot of woodworking in his home workshop.
