Supporting our Customers through COVID-19:

This is my third update since lockdown began on the 23rd March 2020, a lot has happened since then. 

Throughout COVID, we have handled over 3 million items on behalf of customers and we have helped our hospitals and care services in providing essential services at the height of the pandemic. We have continued to support our customers, providing access to their important data 24/7. I have been overwhelmed by the dedication and commitment of our people which has been recognised, not only by me but more importantly by the thanks we have received from our customers up and down the country. 

Because we have a reduced workforce and are working within social distancing guidelines, we are limiting some aspects of our activity, but always prioritising delivery and collection requests so customers can continue to run their businesses effectively. We have been working with existing and new customers to introduce services such as ‘Scan on Demand’, ‘Home Delivery’ and ‘Self-Serve options’, all designed to improve customer experience and make our customers’ lives so much easier when it comes to managing their data. 

We are seeing customer demand returning, which is great news, and we are receiving lots of new enquiries from organisations who are looking for a fresh approach to their Records Management needs. We are always delighted to hear from people considering a change because we love sharing our knowledge and insights, knowing that we can guarantee an improved service.
