We enabled SCC to streamline their tape management processes while maintaining full compliance and control. With the ability to manage multiple customer accounts under one structure, SCC gained the operational flexibility and oversight they needed to support their growing client base.

- Secure, climate-controlled storage facilities with 24/7 monitoring and access control
- Skilled tape engineers authorised to manage media directly on-site, removing the need for SCC’s IT team to be involved in manual handling
- An online portal offering full transparency and audit trails for tracking individual tapes across multiple accounts
- Barcode tracking and direct media assignment for efficient procurement and distribution
- A consolidated account structure allowing SCC to manage multiple customer relationships under one framework

With our support, SCC successfully migrated tapes for 15 customers in just two months, quickly scaling their use of the service to approximately 18,000 tapes in secure storage. The ability to purchase media on contract and assign it directly to accounts, complete with barcode tracking, introduced a new level of efficiency and control. SCC also benefited from not having to send their own engineers to perform tape changes, freeing up valuable internal resources and allowing their IT team to focus on strategic priorities. The partnership has delivered measurable improvements in data security, compliance and operational agility.
