How Does Restore Prism go from data to done?
Capture
Send your data however it already exists. Restore Prism will do the rest. Word Document or delimited text file, PDF or XML, PostScript or HTML. Our systems can handle any format you can dream of (although if you’re dreaming about telegrams, let us at least introduce you to a fax machine). Once Restore Prism has been primed on what to look for, it will scan any filetype for the data it needs and carefully extract it.
Transform
Your part is done: you’re free to get on with something else while Restore Prism starts turning the data into the communications that deliver the results you need.
For example, if you’re using Restore Prism to send a letter campaign, the platform collects the sender’s details, the format, the personal preferences, the timing, the message itself. Then it checks it all against the rules it stores for your account. Invalid addresses get caught before anything’s printed. Urgent items get escalated to first class. Documents heading to the same recipient get combined so you’re not sending three envelopes when one will do.
Then it turns all of this into a set of instructions for our sending facilities: routing letters to the facility closest to the destination, generating large print or braille copies for those who need them, and firing off any SMS or emails that need to go out.
By the time Restore Prism’s done, every letter, email or text is ready to go. All that’s left is to send it.
Deliver
The right person gets the right message in the right format at the right time. Recipient A gets sent an SMS. Recipient B gets an email. Recipient C gets a letter. Recipient D gets a letter, too, but it’s printed in braille, and it was printed in a different facility because it’s closer to their home (reducing the transit impact).
