We make things easier with the Restore Customer Portal. You can view your full inventory; retrieve the legal files you need back and request the collection of files you would like to be added or returned to our secure storage. And we help you maintain and improve customer service levels too – by returning files either same-day or next-day to suit.
We’ll give you the tools you need to see clearly which documents you need to retain, which to destroy, and which to digitise so you can move away from your reliance on paper. So, as well as helping to minimise your non-billable time, we’ll save you costs on storage too.

Scan on demand

We know how important it is for you to find the perfect balance between convenience and confidentiality. But with our Scan on Demand services – we’ll scan only the documents in storage that you need, as and when you need them, and deliver them to you securely – through either our customer portal or your Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). As well as saving time with a quick turnaround, you can also save money by only scanning the documents you require.
