Restore Technology enhances IT asset visibility with new customer portal

Restore Technology has launched a new customer portal designed to give organisations real-time visibility and control over their IT assets, helping to improve compliance and streamline asset management processes.

What is the customer portal?

The self service platform provides users with real-time visibility of asset status, reducing the need for manual updates and improving operational efficiency. A central dashboard delivers an at-a-glance overview, with more detailed information available for individual jobs and assets, updated from booking through to completion.

Customers can also access retrospective documentation for previous jobs, alongside downloadable certifications – including Cyber Essentials, ISO and Professional Indemnity insurance – to support their own compliance and project requirements.

The portal acts as a single source of truth, reducing reliance on manual support queries and enabling faster access to critical information, while allowing Restore Technology’s team to focus on higher-value customer support.
