Our people and our culture
It takes a special type of person to join the Restore Technology team. A rigorous selection process, followed up by training – all the statutory requirements plus our own, Restore Technology-led development on top – makes sure we have colleagues on board who are knowledgeable, skilled, and keen.
But that’s not all.
Our teams are all keyed into creating customer service excellence and moulding it into our business’s culture. From your first contact by phone or email, to everyday contact with our account and partnership managers, engineers, and secure collection operatives, you will find individuals working as a team who want to help, who want to make your interactions with us as smooth and pleasant as they can, and who take pride in giving a five-star, professional customer experience.

Training and development
Aside from mandatory security checks for all our colleagues, 100 of our team members are cleared to official government security levels. Operatives undergo all the statutory training surrounding safe, sustainable driving; soft- and hardware engineers must be conversant in all the relevant parts of computing; our warehouse managers work towards the accreditations and qualifications that you would expect from a professional ITAM/ITAD business. We invest in our colleagues to make sure we maintain the integrity of our business.

Diversity and inclusion
At Restore Technology, we are proud to be part of the Restore Group, an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Across the UK, we employ a wide range of talented individuals, creating a workplace where all our colleagues feel valued, empowered to be themselves, and supported in achieving both their personal and professional goals.

Wellbeing and good health
We are committed to ensuring our employees enjoy a healthy and positive working environment. We offer access to dedicated support services for mental wellbeing and personal health, providing help and advice both at work and at home, so every team member feels supported in all aspects of life.

Recognition
We believe in celebrating those who go above and beyond. Our reward platform allows peers to nominate and recognise colleagues for delivering exceptional customer service. We also honour long service milestones, ensuring that dedication and commitment are always celebrated. As a company that values loyalty and commitment, we reward those who have contributed to our success over the years. Our long service awards reflect the dedication of our team members, showing our appreciation for their continued efforts.

Being ‘good people'
We consider being good people as one of the core values of our company. This value is reflected in our fair and respectful behaviour towards everyone we work with. Our colleagues at Restore Technology are actively involved in various community activities such as fundraising for local communities and national charities. Some of our colleagues also volunteer their time to help local sports clubs and other significant causes. As a business, we collaborate with our customers and local community ventures and charities to provide modern computing devices that will help individuals improve their chances in life.
