Restore Datashred Acquires Shred-on-Site
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news!
As of Friday, April 4th, 2025, we have successfully acquired Shred-on-Site, a fantastic on-site shredding company. This acquisition is a significant step forward for Restore Datashred, allowing us to expand our reach and enhance the secure data destruction and recycling services we offer across the UK. As a key division of Restore Plc (AIM: RST), this move aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing comprehensive data management solutions.
The integration of Shred-on-Site’s on-site shredding expertise, including their dedicated team of 52 employees, 34 specialised vehicles, and strategically located facilities in Camberley (Surrey), Oxfordshire, and Lancashire, will be a fantastic addition to the Restore Datashred family. This will enable us to offer a broader and more convenient range of secure data destruction services.
As of October 1, 2025, all services will be provided by Restore Datashred. All customers will now be fully transitioned from former Shred on Site clients to Restore Datashred clients. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is available to assist you in managing your requests.
