We offer flexible confidential waste collection and secure shredding services to suit a wide range of business requirements. Collection frequencies vary by location and can be tailored to your needs.

Available service options include:

  • Daily collections
  • Weekly collections
  • Fortnightly collections
  • Monthly collections
  • Ad hoc or one-off collections

Many organisations choose a regular collection schedule to help support ongoing compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements, ensuring confidential information is securely disposed of on a consistent basis.

If you are unsure which service frequency is best for your organisation, our team can help assess your requirements and recommend the most suitable collection schedule.

Yes, minimum collection quantities may apply for confidential waste and secure shredding services. The minimum requirement can vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Your location and postcode
  • The type of material being collected
  • Collection frequency
  • Service availability in your area
  • Specific business requirements

For customers with smaller volumes of confidential waste, we offer minimum collection options that allow materials to be securely collected and destroyed for a single collection fee.

Because minimum collection requirements can differ between locations and service types, we recommend contacting our team for a tailored quotation based on your needs.

Collection notes are sent electronically to the email address nominated on your account before or during the service setup process.
