Collections management

Book and track your collections in real time from your place to ours using options under the Service Diary tab. Toggling to Sites will enable you to drill down to individual site pick-ups, to alter and adjust volumes and timings according to your needs.

Financial management

We’ve created secure, protected payment under the Invoices tab so that you can not only view all your invoices and statements of account in one place but pay them smoothly and easily at a time to suit you. You can also raise queries under this dropdown item.

Compliance

One of the key reasons for partnering with Datashred is to ensure your watertight compliance with data protection (GDPR) and e-waste disposal (WEEE Directive) legislation. Under Documentation, and alongside contracts and policy documents, you will find all certificates of destruction from every transaction with us that are proof of responsible disposal and provide solid evidence for your audit trails. Under Reports further proof of completed, compliant transactions between you and Datashred are available in the detailed service performance data contained under this section.

Environmental impact mitigations

Waste and its impact on the environment, for humans, flora and fauna alike, is becoming an ever more heated issue in the 21^st century. If you check under Reports, from your lefthand menu, you will be able to keep tabs on your CO2, water, energy and felled timber savings as they tick upwards in your monthly personalised Environmental Report, savings that are enabled by our track record in recycling and responsible repurposing of all the materials, confidential and otherwise, that you choose to dispose of through us. Rest assured that, with Datashred, you will never be contributing to the waste mountains.
