Here are some key things you need to know if you are a current RDS Confidential Shredding customer. Starting January 30, 2026, Restore Datashred will be your new service provider.
- Your Account: Your current account details will be securely transferred to the new system. We’ll let you know if we need any updates from you.
- Your Service Schedule: Your current service schedule will remain the same. If anything changes, we’ll let you know well in advance.
Existing Customers
If you were previously a customer of RDS Confidential Shredding Ltd, your accounts and service have seamlessly transitioned to Restore Datashred. You can expect the same high level of service and commitment to responsible, secure shredding and data security that you've come to rely on.

If you are a current customer of RDS, there will be a seamless transition. All your existing shredding services will now be expertly handled by the Restore Datashred team from January 30, 2026, with the same commitment to security and quality you expect. Your service schedule and agreements will transition across.
For current customers, your existing service schedule and any agreed pricing will generally remain consistent during this transition phase. Should there be any specific changes that affect your account, we will communicate with you directly and well in advance.
Yes, from January, 2026, all service queries will be handled by the Restore Datashred team.
