Key Information
Here are some key things you need to know if you are a current customer of Shred First:
- Starting April 7, 2025: Restore Datashred will be your new service provider.
- Your Account: Your current account details will be moved over to the new system securely. We’ll let you know if we need any updates from you.
- Your Service Schedule: Your current service schedule will remain the same. If anything changes, we’ll let you know well in advance.
Existing Customers
If you were previously a customer of Shred First your accounts and service have seamlessly transitioned to Restore Datashred. You can expect the same high level of service and commitment to responsible secure shredding and data security that you've come to rely on.
